Is AutographBin a pay or free site?
Well, both actually. There are going to be two levels of membership, one of which will be free and open to the public. The second level will include more premium features and services and there will be a small monthly subscription for access to those options.

Will there be any limit on what I can store on the site?
We don't plan on implementing any kind of limits on the amount of autographs or information that you can store on the site. There won't be any limits on the number of visitors who can take a look at your autograph collection as well.

Can I invite my friends to sign up?
Absolutely! We welcome as much participation in the invitation and pre-launch process as possible. We're eager to hear from a number of people and learn what you want to see in AutographBin.

Do you have information about the affiliate program?
We have some brief information available on our affiliates page. For more information, we recommend that you contact us directly and we will be able to provide more specific information.

When is your premium service and features going to be available?
We're actively working to design and build the premium service and features for the AutographBin community. One of the most important pieces of that process is to gather feedback from our users. How do most members use AutographBin?
AutographBin is flexible and members use AutographBin in a number of ways.

Use AutographBin for...

Showcase your autograph collection. Post details, photo of your item and brag to the world.
Research celebrity addresses. Find celebrity and athlete addresses and then send off your through-the-mail requests.
Trading and swapping Autographs. Get rid of your doubles and duplicates.
Learn! Learn about autographs, collecting and more from other autograph collectors.

I've got a great idea for a new feature, can I send it in?
Definitely. The majority of the features we add to AutographBin come directly from visitors. Use our contact form to send in your idea. If you come with something great, we'll send you a thank you gift in the mail.

What format do my photos need to be in?
You can upload either .gif or .jpg photos. If you're uploading a photo that you took with your digital camera, it's probably a .jpg file which is great. If you're having difficulty importing pictures from your digital camera, try contacting the support department at your camera manufacturers website.

What size should I make my photos?
It's best if you keep your files smaller as they will take less time to upload. However, we perform resizing automatically, once files are uploaded to our server. All photographs on the AutographBin site have the same width.
